Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transit to our warehouse.

Inspection and Refund

Our technicians will inspect the hardware within 3-5 business days of receipt, after which your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
